This application is to be used when requesting credentials for chapter delegates, spouses and guests. All delegate applications will be verified by the Credentials Committee before issuing official credentials. Exhibitors and others, representing their company or organization, may also use this form to request guest credentials. THIS FORM CANNOT BE USED TO MAKE OVERNIGHT HOTEL RESERVATIONS. All requests for credentials will be reviewed and approved by the Credentials Committee at least 2 weeks prior to the day of the convention and expo. All applicants for credentials will be notified by the Credentials Committee by the last week in April by email. Questions should be directed to: Chuck Newkirk, State Federation Secretary.
Delegates and guests should complete this application. Exhibitors and others must also apply for credentials using this form.
Please also indicate whether or not you are a current NARFE member in good standing. The credentials committee will verify your status before issuing appropriate credentials.
"Image Verification" is the next to last step before hitting the "Send email" button. Just enter the "image verification number in the appropriate block. Image verification helps us to prevent "spammers" from inundating us with unwanted e-mails.
The real last step is to click on the "Send email" button. If you have to register more delegates or guests just come back and repeat the process.
